The AC, ice machine and the washer/dryer facilities were not working. The staff is kind but no solution is provided by them. They are sorry for you suffer in a situation. Is that enough? I’m not sure. And the pool is like a hot tub, very small.

The lobby had a mildew smell and our bathroom was not the cleanest, but we enjoyed our stay otherwise. Easy access to other areas of Corpus Christi and easy parking. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel location is perfect, close to airport and other local restaurants. Easy to get the parking lot. I only have 1 complaints it’s the smell when you come in. It’s like mildew? Not sure . But the smell was not pleasant

Decent stay, but needs some better upkeep
The bedroom was ok, sheets were fine, but the carpet at the entrance of the room was torn and the pillows had yellow spots on them. There was no full body mirror/or any mirror in the bedroom which made it hard to get ready to go in the mornings. The bathroom was not great. The doorway to the bathroom looked like there was a coffee stain on the wall. In the bathroom, some of the towels had yellow spots on them, and the shower was in bad shape. The shower had many spots of black mold, the shaving bar was completely broken off with leftover caulking still there. The shower temperature/pressure handle was broken too and the water pressure was very poor.(the worst and most complained about part of the stay)

Paid for a room with 1 king bed was given a dirty room with 2 queen beds. After letting the attendant know she was really rude and told us she had business men who needed the room so she couldn’t do anything about it since they had no other rooms available.

We always bring blankets from to use at hotels only this time I was extra cold and decided to sleep under hotel cover was up all night itching and didn’t know why I the morning when I turned on the lights i noticed my sheets had not been changed there was so much dirt and hair under the blankets. So I called front to desk to have someone check and they did nothing . I will not be back !

Horrible!!
I booked a suite with a sofa and got the smallest with one chair!! Horrible service and overpriced and don’t even get what I had booked! Do NOT Recommend at all!! Nothing like the pictures on website!
