“The property was nicely finished and whilst small, we knew that and it was perfect for our family of 3. The living and kitchen area is one space but the high ceiling helps give it a sense of size. The area the cottage is located in, the grounds of Middlethorpe Manor and hotel are nice too. The cleaners were still there when we arrived 45 minutes after our started arrival time. Luckily they were nearly finished so we didn't have to wait long. But whilst the property seemed superficially clean,……

“We loved our stay here! Clean and had a great sleep. Brilliant price for somewhere to stay close to York. Carpark was a little full and some bad parking meant it was a space down, but not the owners fault. Highly recommend for an affordable cute little getaway! Would definitely return”
