And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer.. ”

“My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was so easy. Definitely worth the price. It’s a small cabin with a bed, small fridge and a microwave so it has electricity. It also has water outside and a fire ring. There I also showers and bathrooms located on the property. It’s less than a 1/4 mile from crater of diamonds state park. Will definitely stay again! ”

Swimming pool facilities were not as in the pictures & one area was closed and the actual open area is in need of maintenance, so does the whole property But not bad at all for what we needed… we had a peaceful night sleep. “Property is incredible! My dog LOVED being able to run around freely (we checked this was ok with the owner), and she became fast friends with the owners dog, Arlan, who also runs freely. My kids loved exploring the grounds as well. Each cabin is set plenty far apart from each other so the privacy is perfect. We stayed in the “dog trot” cabins, 2BR/2Bath, and the inside of each was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. It was super cool that a wide hallway - the dog trot - separated each of...
