“Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy parking, and a variety of breakfast options were included in the stay.”

“The room was extremely dirty. Mold on/in the shower head. Crud on walls and mirrors. Ceiling had fresh water marks like a tub had leaked above. Hot tub was out of order and partially drained.”

“The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room……

“I liked the property of the hotel and the rooms were clean and the staff was great but the breakfast was too early and we couldn’t eat cause they should change it to about 10 o’clock in the morning instead of 9 o’clock in the morning.”
