“This was a wonderful Hilton hotel. The room was well appointed, a full refrigerator and dishwasher and anything you could need, the step in shower and grab bars made it easy to be safe. I didn’t have time to use the amenities but a pool and gym, laundry on site makes an excellent vacation hotel for families. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. I’m hoping to visit this Hilton often when I go to see my family.”

“Air conditioner didn't work properly. No breakfast at all. Real hard to get in bathroom since there's a table blocking it. Smelled the old smoke and pot. Ceiling had water stains. Floor was coming up. Very poor fir a hotel. Do not recommend this”

“There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap.”

“Staff was very friendly at the office. That’s the best I can say about this stay. We’ve come here for years and I can see the park going down hill FAST! Our room was not cleaned. There were dirty underwear in the shower. A large hole in bathroom floor. Filthy cracked bathroom sink. Dirty stained toilet. Refrigerator was cruddy and sticky on the outside. There was old food behind microwave. Broken blinds on front window. And cobwebs galore. Not sure we’ll be coming back again 😢”

“My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs……
