I really like staying here, staff are nice and it’s in a good central location. I was disappointed to see they wouldn’t let me check into my room before 4pm without charging me $40…Instead they make people wait and lineup at 4pm.
Normally with my stays if I show up an hour or 2 before normal check in if the room is clean and ready they let you check in no charge, but it seems that has changed. That was a let down after traveling 11 hours to Vegas.
Outside of that the Horseshoe is a good place to stay.

The staff were friendly and courteous, especially the front desk and housekeeping staff. The room was clean and there was an atmosphere of calmness from the time you entered the hotel. The restaurant on site was good as well, and their staff were pleasant and attentive. Excellent experience! Will definitely be coming back!
