"Room was in very bad condition stains on the ceiling and walls, furniture and doors falling to pieces and unsafe also no sockets we had booked a superior room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The food however was great and the staff were very nice the outside pool area and animation team were also fantastic. The location was perfect right on the beach and next to the square with a beautiful walk into Puerto del Carmen over all an ok hotel if they had the rooms upgraded it would be fab."

"Beautiful villa that had a very recent refurbishment. It was beautifully clean on arrival. Lots of care has been taken to look after and decorate this villa. We didn't want to leave. We stayed as 2 families of 4 and the villa was perfect. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan which was brilliant, comfy beds and 3 bathrooms. The outside space was great, pool was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds, seating and towels available. Washing machine was very handy to have too. The view is beautiful of the mountains and the sea. Short drive to the local spa shop, Lidls was about 10 mins away and approx 12 mins to pueto del carmen which had a beautiful beach, lots of shops and restaurants. We all had a fantastic time! "
