Guest Headcount and Fair Pricing:
We welcome all stay types and charge a small per-person fee to manage cleaning and wear. We have exterior cameras for everyone’s safety. Please accurately list all guests, including daytime visitors.
Parking:
Off-street parking available in the driveway. Street parking is also permitted—just please avoid blocking sidewalks.
Pet Policy:
Up to 2 dogs allowed. Fees: $50 for one dog, $115 for two, paid post-booking via digital check-in. Pet damages are not covered by this fee.
Smoking/Substance Policy:
No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property. Violations may result in loss of deposit and cleaning fees.
