The place is nice and convenient , but for the price you pay they should refill the coffee for free instead of trying to charge you for more even when you stay for 10 days! If you stay 1 night they provide 4 coffee capsules, we stayed 10 days and were told they only provide 4 capsules per stay! After that they want you to pay $1 per capsule! What is that??? Not fair or good business sense! This lack of basic service lets down the whole company and leaves a bitter taste in our mouths.

I booked a 3-night hotel stay and had a very good experience. The only downside was that they didn't offer room service on the first day. Everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.
