Discover this 3-bedroom gem in the highly desired Sprucewold area of Boothbay Harbor. This newly built house offers all the comfort of home. Located in walking distance to town where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, boating ,and ferries to near by islands . Maine Botanical Gardens is a 10 minute drive. The home features 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. The amenities include central air conditioning, radiant floor heating, a chef inspired kitchen and spa style ensuite bathroom . Our back patio offers market lighting and patio furniture for stargazing.

This brand new home was absolutely wonderful. It's in a fantastic location that is simultaneously private and feels like it is in the middle of the forest, but at the same time is just moments from downtown and the harbor. It was well-appointed with everything we could have needed. Everything was clean and well-organized. We loved the backyard and sitting under the tall pines around the fire pit in the evening. The host was communicative and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

The property was in a quiet neighbor close to the waterfront and heart of Boothbay Harbor. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were new and clean. Televisions throughout, games available, and outdoor furniture were all welcome additions.

Beautiful little place with easy access to Boothbay’s shops and restaurants. Everything in the home was immaculate and the area in general was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!
