I didn’t know how to call a taxi, and he kindly helped me arrange everything. His patience and willingness to help made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would definitely love to come back again.
