This property didn't exist. I arrived at the postcode "Atlantic reach". No other details were given to me.. after asking several times. Please don't book this i was on a call to Expedia for 3 hours finding me another property which they covered. This property is a scam. Nowhere near Fistral beach..I was fortunate Expedia could find me a property actually at Atlantic reach. As it was bank holiday hardly anywhere to stay near Newquay. BEWARE of this account it is not real. I found out the hard way I also do not drive which made it very distressing.

Beautiful property, extremely well kept and equipped. Great location near beach, restaurants and supermarkets (only few minutes walk!).

Fab hotel - incredible location - superb food - very friendly and helpful staff As a person needing accessible help the gravel is quite difficult to negotiate using crutches I would have preferred to have had a mini fridge and safe in the room These are incredibly minor issues The £5 voucher is a good idea but has flaws in so far as there is no option to have fresh toilet rolls, coffee etc without having to disturb Dee on the welcome desk - who is amazing by the way Thank you for a wonderful stay
