The windows are updated historic and open to a private lawn area. The bedroom adjoins the living room (and the front porch) and has is king sized, four posted.

This property is normally the owners primary residence. While there are some personal belongings you the guest are invited to make this property your home for your stay.

If you are accustomed to hotel amenities, concierge and surroundings this is not for you. If you are open minded and enjoy finer things with someone else's personal flare you are looking at the right property. This is a fabulous location and a special and intersting property.

My husband and I just returned from Boulder where we had a wonderful week at Rusty’s place. It was clean and comfortable with a perfect location to Pearl Street. We would most definitely stay here again.

Small, comfortable place, great location.

A nice place to stay, perfect for one or two people, right in the heart of Boulder. It has its own designated parking spot, which is a big plus. The split-air heat pump unit keeps the temperature right, and is very quiet.

Relaxing stay

Property was as described. Enjoyed walking to Ozo’s in the mornings to have coffee with our son. Views are spectacular. Explored Pearl Street, trip to Georgetown area, a dinner at Pasta Jay’s, and more. Loved sitting on the front lawn in the Adirondack chairs, visiting, reading, and relaxing. Great stay. Would stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot and so close to everything you need! Rusty was so kind and left the most amazing coffee for me to enjoy while staying. The entire space is warm, cozy and having the sitting area outside was an added bonus!

Quiet place, nice location

The place was clean and comfortable. Location was great, easy walk to Pearl Street, the farmers market, and the riverside trail system with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. We walked home late from an event and felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this property in 2022. On this current trip, we checked in , dropped our bags, and went out to dinner. At the end of dinner, we learned of a a friend's emergency and had to grab our bags and immediately head home. Rusty was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee, since we had not really used the space at all. Thank you!

Family visit and training

This is a great place! Great location. Easy to get to everything. We were there to visit our daughter at Naropa, also we are training for a triathlon. University Cycles is right around the corner, we had good bikes to ride for the week. Great riding and cycling all around. Nice to be near the Boulder Creek path for easy access to runs and bike climbs.The apartment is very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside on the patio. Kitchen has everything you might need, good utensils and pans and knives. Also a good array of spices, olive oil, and coffee filters. You will love it!

Great property close to downtown

This charming spot has a large front lawn shaded by mature trees, lovely to look out on as we enjoyed our morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location was fantastic for us as first-time visitors to Boulder: walking distance to Pearl Street pedestrian mall, easy to bike to the Boulder Creek Trail, and yet still had a quiet, neighborhood vibe. The unit is larger that we thought it would be and very comfortable and stylish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for us

From the welcoming front porch to the comfy king bed, this property was just perfect. A lovely patio area was awesome for our evening meals with our family. We used the front porch daily for lunch and reading. Even got to know Pete the friendly black cat from next door. Great lawn for our corn hole games. We’ll be back.
