The shower head fell off in my hand trying to adjust the spray (which didn't adjust, was bullet-pelting hard) and the shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. Secondly, at 8:52 housekeeping knocked on our door waking us up. Check out is at 11, why were they knocking any earlier than that? About an hour later they came back AGAIN and knocked. A lot of dust on things. We couldn’t get the TV to work and the guy at the desk said we were using the wrong remote. We couldn’t find the 2 nd one. My husband went down to the desk. The guy came up acting irritated with us. He couldn’t find it either and gave the impression that he thought it was our fault. We finally found it under the bed but it had no batteries. Our confirmation from said they had breakfast but there was none. Also when we asked for our printout it said we were charged $191.00 with tax however our credit card was charged $215\. They had no explanation.
