“Als Erstes wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum AC-Schacht, defekter Dusche und defektem TV gegeben (gebucht war ein Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon). Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. “The room was small but I didn't mind that. the problem I had with the hotel was that the television only has one channel for the time being or you can watch is channel which is very irritating. the second thing which was even worse was the refrigerator done was not working and I put items in there and when I went to take it out it was all all warm.
