Condo was spotless, well equipped and most comfortable. Ideally located to town and ski area. We’ve stayed here before and will continue staying here. Grounds are kept immaculate. Can’t say enough good things about Pine Ridge Condos.

Great location, on site parking. It is so hard for me to understand why the management fails to upkeep these apartments when it costs so much to spend a week there for a family of 5. Dated furniture, dirty carpets, nonexistent insulation for doors and windows, and non-efficient heating areas such bathrooms.

We had a great time and loved the location. The property was in good condition with just a few minor issues that didn’t take away from our amazing time. You can walk to downtown and there was plenty to do. Definitely recommend year round.

The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. Once I tried to leave and get my money back they were rude & only want we to refund one day of cleaning fee. I couldn’t sleep in the room at all and they have stopped communicating with me.

The room felt old, carpet was very aged, steps to loft was too narrow. TV stand was set too close to steps. Minimal number of mugs. Loft was too hot due to all the heat rising. Pillows were very fat and hard on neck for sleeping. Couch was very worn and sagging. Over construction looked as if building was constructed by a novice
