Mercure Sunshine Coast Kawana Waters
Good air con, had some difficulty with setting up the TV but the lady on reception came and sorted it out. The room phone had no indication of the number for the front desk or anything else, perhaps that could be attended too.

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort
Resort and rooms were dated (very 90’s feel). No balconies on rooms despite having a pool and water park, hard to dry out clothes on a clothes rack inside. Room service didn’t even make the beds, just emptied the rubbish bin and threw some fresh towels in a bunch on the rack. Cocktails were nice, ...
