1. 温德姆布鲁克菲尔德美洲旅馆

Brookfield

“honestly, this is by far the worst hotel that i've ever stayed at, and i'm extremely disappointed. the toilet had pee on it, the tub was dirty, and even the sheets were dirty. we asked to switch rooms, but the replacement room wasn’t much better. whoever is responsible for cleaning and inspecting these rooms needs to be fired! guests should be able to expect a clean room at the very least. if i could give this hotel zero stars, i would!”

“We own a home in the Milwaukee area and needed a 2-night stay. Area is very nice; however, the property is more run like a rooming house/halfway house. Rooms are dated like 1990. Two pillows provided on a King size bed. Additional pillows provided were soiled with stains. Various individuals in groups smoking in the front entrance. There were no room keys because the system was not operable. In order to get in your room, staff had to walk guests to their rooms and use a master key. This……

“The staffing was horrible very uninviting. She has this dog that barks at people. I had an incident where her credit card machine was not working properly so she tells me your credit card is not working. Tells her that can’t be true. I have X amount of thousands of dollars on the card then she replied. Oh yeah that’s right. I’ve been having lots of trouble with my machine instead of telling me that from the beginning, she makes me give her different credit cards making me think something was……
