great value for an overnight stay. rooms are clean and well maintained. it is an older motel, but the smaller rooms and bathrooms have been nicely refurbished.

Wonderful Stay

Exceptionally clean room with friendly staff. Don’t let the appearance of an older motel prejudice your opinion. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is budget conscious, not expecting anything fancy but who is expecting cleanliness and great service. I will stay here again when I am in the area if they have availability!

The building is dated but the rooms are immaculate. Microwave, fridge, big TV, coffee maker, window AC. The motel stands on the city's main drag so except for midnight till 6 am, you hear the steady roar of big trucks moving through, but town is only a few minutes away and eating options are nearby.

Great Stop in Comanche

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request we had. The hotel is older but extremely clean and very affordable for a trip to or stop in Comanche!

Friendly staff, the building is older yet well taken care of. Small and quite just what I needed. Close to restaurants and Lake Proctor where I went fishing with some friends.
