The hotel is very close to many dining options. The hotel staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to "wake" us up in the morning for early calls. Breakfast was good and hearty. The hotel was clean, orerly and organized. We were pleasantly surprised to see the cacti in the lobby. We live in the Mojave Desert in Arizona, so it impressed us how they went out of their way to make us feel at home!

Well located for the metro. Couple of shops nearby as well as pubs and eateries. Easy check-in. Large room, clearly recently renovated (8th floor). Kitchenette is always welcome even if I didn't use it on this occasion. Good shower and AC, Clean and comfortable. The only thing that let the room down was a very old noisy fridge.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my young daughter. The room was very very comfortable and spacious. We looked forward to coming back to it after a long day of sightseeing! Loved the Nuxe toiletries, nice touch. Excellent location if you are visiting Brussels as a tourist, Schuman metro stop just a couple of minutes walk away. I would say this has been one of my most comfortable stays.

One of the largest hotel rooms you will find in Brussels. Great location. But as already said many times by others here, the rooms, furniture etc is desperate for a refurbishment. Considering lowering the price per night or please renovate in order to justify the high cost of staying here.

A large, comfortable studio apartment. The breakfast was nice. The only (minor) complaints I have: 1. I could sometimes hear noises from neighbouring rooms. 2. There were no buttons to turn off the ceiling lights near the bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
