“The room lacked a towel bar outside the shower. The shower floor was slippery. I am a senior citizen, and was a bit concerned that I might slip and fall.”

“When we arrived, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and a dirty towel stuffed in one of the bathroom drawers. The fitted sheet on one bed had a dark red stain and a piece of plastic stain that had melted and stuck on. The hallway on the second floor had a dehumidifier or portable air conditioner running, and the air felt damp. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we called in these issues -- they sent someone to (re)clean the bathroom and change the……

“Upon arrival I was told that I had to pay a $ 60.00 cash only deposit. Never required to do this before. Being that it had to be cash made it not very convenient”

“The hotel was nasty and the people who work there they wasn’t friendly, they lie they have breakfast, we have to beg for towels, the trash was everywhere outside by my door, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there”

“This room was exactly as described. The room had lots of character and was very clean. I appreciated all of the extra toiletries left out! We traveled with kids and everyone was very comfortable. I am very mindful of safely so I liked that there was two doors between us and the outside. I also appreciated the extra deadbolt that we could control. The host was great and very responsive. We slept well as the room was quiet.”
