The property was nice and the staff was great but we had some issues with lighting in the room as well as the air conditioner at night kept going off in the middle of the night and it would get warm.

The property is clean, the staff is friendly and eager to please you. We loved having martinis at the Bon Bini bar after dinner. Wonderful stay at beautiful RIU Palace Aruba.
