Aceasta proprietate luminoasa cu un design cald si complet utilata este situata in Bulevardul Gheorghe Șincai 9\. Supermarketurile, băncile, restaurantele și toate facilitățile sunt la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos. O locație excelentă, liniștita, departe de zgomotul traficului și bine conectata cu centrul orașului. Bucătăria este complet utilată, cu frigider, cuptor cu microunde, fierbator, cafetiera, aragaz, tigăi, tacâmuri și tot ce aveți nevoie pentru a găti. Zona de dormitor are un pat dublu confortabil, aer condiționat, TV HD cu diagonala generoasa de 140 cm, WiFi rapid , fier si masa de călcat. Baia este dotată cu duș, mașină de spălat, uscător de păr, prosoape din bumbac 100% si articole de toaletă. (sampon, gel de dus, sapun) Oaspeții pot accesa întregul spațiu rezervat, fără restricții. NU există spații utilizate la comun cu alti oaspeti. Suntem disponibili în intervalul orar 08:00 - 22:00\. După acest interval orar, este posibil sa nu răspundem la mesaje dar avem un număr de telefon pentru urgente în cazul în care este nevoie. Pentru a evita orice neînțelegere, rugăm oaspeții să citească regulile casei, înainte de a finaliza rezervarea. RO 1\. Toți oaspeții/vizitatorii trebuie să prezinte un act de identitate cu fotografie, pașaport sau carte națională de identitate pentru cetățenii UE (nu se acceptă permisul de conducere) pentru a fi înregistrați, în conformitate cu legislația română. Documentul va fi trimis online, prin intermediul Airbnb, înainte de ora de check-in. Refuzul acestei solicitări duce la anularea rezervării fără rambursare. 2\. Fumatul în interiorul proprietății este strict interzis, iar încălcarea acestei reguli va fi sancționată cu 100 EUR. 3\. Lenjeria de pat și alte provizii sunt pentru confortul și utilizarea oaspeților noștri. Ei aparțin și trebuie să rămână în incintă.
