"We had an amazing stay! The cottage was comfortable and had everything you need. The onsite outdoor play area and small soft play area (ball pit, soft animals etc) were ideal for our toddler. Filthy dirty,the room smelled of sewage,the toilet was leaking,dirty towels on the floor,no loo roll,no tea/coffee not even a teaspoon and there were cigarette butts inside the kettle !
