The place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our check in process was great. The only issue was that the safe was too small and did not work. It malfunctioned before we were even able to use it. Otherwise everything was great. The views were amazing. The elevators were fast, and we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen. There was a minimart right across the street and Uber pickup was very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk from Ave 9 de Julio. We would stay here again.

The studio apartment is in pristine condition centrally located in a very walkable neighborhood. I can get a coffee breakfast grocery all within the block and it’s very safe. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back.

Whether you are on a business, family or solo trip, Top Rentals Downtown is located close to the main attractions of Buenos Aires, CABA. You are on a walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants, even if you arrive late at night. Great location and view, quiet and fairly clean. Was not aware of the “no turn down” policy for under 5 night stays… also key use from app was frustrating because it didn’t work well. I had to try it many times over and over and restarting phone to use it. Can’t complain much due to the price for the location and view. Friendly as well. Thanks
