Beautiful and cozy villa, located on the outskirts of Búger.

Ideal to spend a few days relaxing as a couple, or with children.

The farm consists of 7000 m2, with a private tree garden and 2 lawn areas.

Located a few minutes walk from the picturesque town of Búger, 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia Beach and Puerto Pollença and 3 km from the Campanet caves. Quick and convenient access to the farm.


House of 130 m2, with air conditioning in all rooms. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main room with extra quality bed, 180x200 latex, another room with 150x200 viscoelastic bed and the third with 2 beds with 90x200 latex mattresses with 180x200 option.

The bathrooms are complete with shower trays, spacious and modern.

Pleasant and bright living room, equipped with satellite TV and CD / DVD player.

The house has free WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, large induction hob, 2 coffee makers, toaster, juicer, kettle and many other kitchen utensils.

It also has an 8 kg washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside 2 large porches that invite you to rest, with tables in different areas, ideal for outdoor dining.

There is also a covered outdoor coal barcaboca, with sink and American bar.

The pool has a large lawn where you will find sun beds that invite you to relax in the sun. In this area there is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

In the gardens of the pool, near some beautiful trees is a wooden house for the games of the little ones, with table for their snacks!

Bed linen and bath and pool towels are included.

High chairs and cots for babies are available.

We also make available, for free, to ride bicycles for excursions in the beautiful places of this beautiful area of Mallorca.

A free riding day is also offered on the track, for those who want to try this experience.

In this private estate you can enjoy a pleasant holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Fantastic Villa
The villa is perfect. We arrived in the evening., Paula made sure there were fresh pizzas, water, beer, fruit etc in the fridge. We didn’t hire a car but she took us to the local supermarket. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, washing tablets, extra toilet rolls, etc were all supplied. We used a local Sa Pobla taxi firm who were excellent for trips out. You can log onto Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts for the tv. The villa photos don’t do in justice, we have been staying at villas over 15 years and this was one of the best.

Beautiful house wonderful holiday
Paula’s house was perfect for a family with young children. Lovely location - quiet but near more lively places and beautiful beaches. The house was clean and well equipped and the facilities were excellent. Paula was very helpful in giving us lots of useful local information and her husband even provided horse riding for the children who loved it. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again. Thank you Paula.

Our family have just returned from a fabulous stay at this villa. Firstly and most importantly, a big thank you to Paula, Juan Carlos and their family for making our stay so memorable. If you are thinking of staying at this villa, you don't need to hesitate. Everything is great. It is quiet, peaceful, not overlooked at all, clean and the air conditioning works a treat in the beautiful Majorcan summer! And that swimming pool.....it's a dream. It just screamed to be jumped into, which we did all the time. Paula is so easy to deal with, it really did take away any potential stress. From the little tips on what to do, to the thoughtful food left for our arrival, she couldn't have been more helpful. It is a perfect base from which to explore this lovely island. Finally and we couldn't leave this review without a mention to him; thank you to Bingo the horse (and Juan Carlos of course) for letting our two girls have a ride and for the lovely dressage display at the end. Fabulous week!
We had a really wonderful week in the gorgeous villa - lovely comfortable beds, fabulous pool and lots of seating areas to relax in. Paula was great in giving us suggestions of places to visit and my son loved his ride on Bingo! What a stunning horse- thankyou. It was our first time in Majorca and we will be back to explore some more.

Stunning villa inside and oiy
The villa is beautiful and the outside area even more stunning! The location was perfect, close enough to busier and more lively locations but far enough to enjoy some quiet time and stunning surroundings. Paula was great, she was on hand to help us with any queries and recommended some lovely beaches and restaurants to us during our stay. The children got to ride bingo, an absolutely beautiful and very friendly horse. We had a few visits from the chickens, which the kids loved, the cheeky black one was my favourite. Great hosts and would most definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a really wonderful vacation. We loved the big and deep pool, the peaceful surroundings and the animals that made us forget the city, all stress and work. Everything is immaculate and very clean. Paula was the best host you can have, helpful and so caring!! We enjoyed every minute and would love to come back. This is a perfect place for a family that seeks a clean and calm place, with good space but still not too far away from beach or shopping places.

An incredible week
We have just returned from a week in Majorca, and I must say I didn't want to leave. The villa has everything you need, for a really comfortable stay. All mod cons. The pool was so warm and was where we spent our time. Paula and her family were so accommodating, and even took time out to show us her horse and let my son have a ride. perfect weekend getaway
A few girlfriends and I stayed at Paula's place for the weekend. Her home is absolutely stunning and the amenities are beyond incredible. Great location for a relaxing vacation
We stayed at the house for 2weeks May 2018 and loved it. It’s a beautiful house in beautiful grounds in a nice quiet rural location. It’s just outside Buger and close to several small towns with all amenities you need. Paula and Juan Carlos are great hosts and they took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. A beautiful place to spend your holidays
We just loved our stay! The pictures are realistic, it's a beautiful house with all the luxury that you have at your own home. It's also very clean and the beds are good. We were here for a week with our little girl (2 yrs old) and we were very happy with our choice to spend our holiday here. It was also a safe place for our daughter, because of the barricades at the stairs and at the terrace. Thanks for everything Paula, we would love to come back some time.

Amazing Modern House And Lovely Owners
Recently refurbished this spotless modern home is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The house is equipped with everything you'll ever need, and has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with walk in showers. There's numerous outdoor eating and relaxing areas and the large welcoming swimming pool. The land is surrounded by a high fence, trees and electric gates, which means it's tototally secluded. We are surprised on arrival to find the fridge stocked for us with wine, soft drinks and various types of food and also a fruit bowl full to the brim. A really nice touch. We found everything about this property hard to fault and is owners could not have been more friendly and welcoming. As for the North of the island we'd recommend Puerto Pollensa for it's lovely sea front bars and restaurants. It's a class above most resorts in Majorca. Many thanks to Paula and Juan Carlos for letting us stay in your fantastic home.

Lovely house with beautyful pool and garden!
We have stayed at many holiday homes over the last 25 years, but this was one of the best! Very clean, well furnished, well equipped house. Very good kitchen and showers as well. If we missed something, or a problem occurred, Paula and Juan Carlos were quick to respond and fix it. They clearly spent a lot of time and money to make this house a warm home. We had a lovely time! Greetings, Sandra, Pentcho, Lisa, Maartje and Karlijni Voor onze mede-landers: Geweldig huis, ruim en schoon, met een prima keuken en badkamers, veel spullen aanwezig (keukenartikelen, bestek en servies in ruime mate). Mooi, schoon zwembad. Mooie, rustige omgeving, maar met de auto ben je in Palma binnen 30 min. En in het Zuiden in een uur. Lieve, behulpzame eigenaren.

Modern, secluded villa
Paula's villa is very smart and modern and we all had a great time there. We traveled with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. The villa might pose safety issues for crawling babies as the stairs are open and there are no stair gates due to the design. The stairs down to the basement are also open. This was not a problem for us, as we blocked the basement stairs with a suitcase and a chair. Our youngest was walking around and we told him not to go near them. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and the villa was well furnished. The pool was great! Very deep at one end, but plenty of room in the shallow end for holding small children. Paula and her family were very friendly and welcoming and we were made to feel at home. They gave us some recommendations for beaches and restaurants, which was very helpful. Paula also provided a cot and a highchair. The villa is very secluded with a few other properties down a quiet lane. The area was a great base to explore the island. Thank you Paula for having us to stay and for letting Florence have a pony ride-she loved it!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt der Pool ist riesig die Anlage ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar bei Wünschen und Fragen. Sie hilft jederzeit mit guten Ausflugstipps weiter. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank schon mit kleinen Getränken und Obst gefüllt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute angekommen gefühlt.

- freundliche Begrüßung mit Erläuterungen, auf Wunsch Tipps zu Ausflügen / Restaurants per whatsapp - gefüllter Obstkorb, Getränke im Kühlschrank - alles sehr ! sauber - auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis Zwischenreinigung - top ausgestattete Küche - regelmäßige Poolreinigung - bei "Notfällen" (Tor ging einmal nicht auf) kam innerhalb von Minuten jemand - bei Rückfragen war jederzeit jemand zu erreichen - äußerst ruhige Lage, dennoch nur 5min Autofahrt zu größeren Supermärkten - massig Handtücher zur Verfügung - sehr gepflegte Sonnenliegen mit Handtuch am Pool - Kühlbox und Sonnenschirme zur Nutzung am Strand vorhanden wenige Minuspunkte (die wohl hauptsächlich im Urlaub mit Kleinkind auftreten) - sehr ! wenig Ablagefläche (z.B. keine Garderobe) - Treppe in den 2. Stock (wo sich das größte, sehr schöne Schlafzimmer befindet) extrem steil und eng - schwere Koffer wird man dort eher nicht hinauftragen - Baumhaus für Kinder sehr ungepflegt, wirklich nicht einladend - schade!! Alles in allem auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. VIelen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Paula!

Tolles Ferienhaus!!!
Traumhaftes Grundstück mit tollem Haus, großer Terrasse und Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es gibt sogar ein Baumhaus für die Kinder. Wir waren alle rundum happy und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten und dem Trubel an anderen Orten der Insel zu entfliehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus und das Aussengelände inkl. Pool sind wirklich toll und genauso, wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool war toll und bot immer ein sonniges und ein schattiges Fleckchen. Beim Check In standen schon einige Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein Obstkorb auf dem Tisch. Lediglich das Babybett musste noch nachgeliefert werden. Paula und ihr Mann Juan Carlos waren steht’s per WhatsApp erreichbar und haben uns einige Tipps gegeben. Auch ein Besuch mit Pony war für unsere Tochter toll. Zum Einkaufen ist man Ruck zuck in Sa Pobla und Playa de Murro ist in ca 20 min zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub
