“Très bien situé, bon petit déjeuner, bon accueil”

“Located in the heart of the historic part of Bukhara, close to everything you need. Big and clean rooms, very friendly start”

“Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.”

“The best pool area around, great staff”

“The owner, Mr Anuar personally attended to us. His staff, Ms Anastasia and Mr Shahrol was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast prepared for us when we had to check out early and Mr Anuar was there to ensure we were taken care of. Ms Anastasia even prepared a wonderful basket of sweets for our journey.”

“Very clean hotel with excellent location. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Ghaleb, Shohrokh and Aziz did an amazing job to accommodate us in any way possible. The only minor problem was the water pressure of the shower. Other than that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“迷路のようなゲストハウス街にある、小さくてきれいな宿です。スタッフは親切で、朝ご飯もとてもおいしいです。”

“立地がかなり良いです。歩いてすぐにラビハウズに出られますし、主要な観光地はほぼ徒歩10分圏内で、ブハラでスザニのバッグ等色々買い物したのですぐに荷物を置いて休めて、とても便利です。 部屋もバスルームも清潔で清掃が行き届いています。”

“I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick ”

“The hotel is reasonably priced and from that point of view it was a good deal. My room was fine but the property itself is charming . It has a nice walkway to the dining area although the food in the dining area was disappointing. The breakfast had variety but was cold. I had dinner there snd it was marginal. The reception staff is very pleasant. The hotel is popular with tour groups.”

“The hotel is new, elegant, spacoius, excellent location, safe”
