"There is no airport shuttle, breakfast was minimal, but good for 10 euro. The room was nice, spacious, and I had a little balcony with lots of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no late checkout. Decent location, just a 10-15 minute walk to where there are lots of restaurants."

"Nicely located at the center of Sofia with wonderful facilities and breakfast we really had great time at the hotel. You can easily walk around and visit the city. Highly recommend visiting!"

"The hotel is close to Sofia Airport and provides a shuttle every 20 minutes. If you have an early-morning flight from Sofia, this is the hotel. The rooms are basic, with no complimentary water bottles or tea. But I was given a breakfast bag for my 7 am flight. You can have dinner on the property, order a cappuccino or other drinks, and pay in cash or with any international credit card."

"Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. On top of that the street was quite loud too so the windows didn’t do a great job of insulating us from the outside. If you can live with that it’s a good spot but the noise ruined it for us."
