Amazing experience: exactly what we needed in Tulum We moved to Delek Tulum after having a disappointing experience at Azulik, and the difference was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made our group feel comfortable and immediately turned our trip around. The property was clean, well maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. The A/C kept the rooms comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the amenities were clean and fully functional, and having a beautiful pool to enjoy was a huge plus. What stood out the most, however, was the staff and the service. Everyone we interacted with was attentive, kind, and happy to help. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, which is exactly what you want when vacationing in Tulum. After moving hotels, we were finally able to relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Our entire group of six was very happy with the decision to stay at Delek. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Delek Tulum to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, welcoming place with excellent service. You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.
