"The facility was very clean and beautiful. It would not be handicap assessable at all. It was small with entry and bathroom not easy to get through. It did have a second very assessable building which we used for showers. My 6’4” husband would not be able to get into the bathroom. I enjoyed listening to the birds and the view of the river. "We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, quaint cabin on the lake in Cadiz, KY. It truly has that classic cabin feel while still being very comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to manage the temperature inside...despite outdoor temps ranging from near freezing to 85, the A/C and heat worked great and kept the cabin comfortable the entire time.The cabin was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes, a toaster, and a coffee maker.The homeowner was also great to work with, very responsive and easy to contact.There are just a couple of layout details worth noting. To access one of the queen bedrooms, you do have to walk through the king bedroom. This didn’t impact our stay, but it could be something to consider if traveling with multiple adult couples. We traveled with our teenage son, he was able to stay in the other bedroom with an attached bath.There is also a loft bed, which is a fun feature, but it does tend to get quite warm up there. Our son originally planned to sleep in the loft but ended up choosing a different spot because of the temp.Overall, this is a charming, cabin in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again!"
