Located on the ground floor, this modern studio apartment is only 200 meters away from The Raintree Shopping Centre, and within walking distance of Woolworth, Subway, BWS, Australia post, Pharmacy, restaurants, Food court, Library..., If driving, a dedicated free parking bay is available.
For long-term stay - longer than 3 weeks, we would offer free cleaning service if needed!

Had to wash all the blankets sheets and pillowcases as they looked and smelt like someone had used them. They had obvious body odors. Towels were clean

Disappointing
Very disappointing needed a very good clean. Vents in bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned for months. Kitchen not cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere behind the TV.Linen on the beds were not fresh.Whoever does the cleaning for these premises need to be checked on.

Quiet place to stay
Nice place to stay. Close to shops and short drive to city centre. Cold have done with more than half roll of toilet paper for 2 of us for 4 days..otherwise all good
