Prime Residence is super clean with professional and helpful staff. The kitchen has the basic necessities and it comes with a washing machine too. I came with my husband and 2 boys. We all loved it!

We only stayed here for one night during a long layover in Cairo. Overall, the experience was fine and on par for what we expected considering what we paid. The room was adequately stocked with everything we needed and was reasonably clean. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The standard room was very loud as it was on the side of the roads (busy motorway). Constant cars wizzing by meant impossible sleeping at night for me. I had to upgrade a room by paying over £100 and the noise reduced by 80%. Not fully gone but was able to sleep. Other than that everything else was fine, nice decor, good location as it’s away from the annoyances. About 50mins away from Giza.

The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly. The amenities are great, with a hair salon nearby, taxi services available, laundry provided, and complimentary water. The apartment itself is very good—though it doesn’t get much natural light, this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent most of our time out exploring.

Modern rooms close to the airport

Booked this as we had a 20 hour stop over in Cairo. Hotel is close to the airport. Check in was smooth. Person at reception was very friendly and also gave us recommendations on where we could visit during our short stay. Hotel is new therefore rooms are modern and clean. Room had a fully equipped kitchen which included a washing machine which could be useful. Only issue I could really point out is the lack of sound proofing in the room. Could be an issue for those who are light sleepers as the traffic from outside is quite noisy all night.

I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall. I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!

Need to consider if this hotel meets your need

It not what I expected. First the hotel is on the main street but you have to walk down an alleyway to get to the entrance. There are two flights of stairs without elevator to get to the lobby. The check in was easy. The room has all amenities as advertised. However, the sheet is itchy and we woke up with bite marks suggesting bug beds. They were doing maintenance during my stay and they turned off my water. I was able to restore it with a phone call to the front desk. This hotel is not right for me.

Comfortable but noisy road

The room itself was good, staff were friendly and eager to help especially the night staff young man. The downside , two main things: 1- the hotel was half an hour walk to City Stars and not 12 minutes as advertised, which considerably affected my plans. 2- It’s on a main road, almost like a very busy highway with almost ZERO noise isolation, even with ear plugs it’s difficult to sleep in spite of very comfortable bed. I would’ve extended my stay, if it wasn’t for the noise.
