Great secluded location!

I expected a luxury hotel experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing for several reasons. First, the room I received did not match the photos shown on the hotel’s website. The layout was completely different, with a large wardrobe placed in the middle of the room, making the space feel much smaller and less functional. Calling it an “upgrade” does not change the fact that the room did not reflect what was advertised. The most serious issue, however, was the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver aggressively insisted that we had not paid for the transfer, even though it had already been paid directly to the hotel. He raised his voice, refused to check our payment receipt, held onto our luggage, and even threatened us. We had to take our bags back ourselves and told him we would call the police before he finally backed off. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation, especially considering this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Guests should never be treated this way by a service provider working with the hotel. I sincerely expect the hotel to investigate this incident, review the conduct of its transfer partner, and ensure that no other guests have to go through the same experience.
