This accommodation has three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms have a trundle bed each and the third has a double bed. It also has a full bathroom equipped with a shower. The kitchen is separate, ensuring peace and quiet in the living-dining room. This living-dining room enjoys pleasant natural light throughout the day and has access to the apartment's private terrace, ideal for enjoying meals and snacks at any time of day. It also has two air conditioning units in both the living-dining room and the hallway. Thanks to its location, there are various local businesses around the apartment, such as bars and restaurants, and different types of shops. In addition, the Segur de Calafell promenade and the beach are just a minute's walk away! This apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy a pleasant vacation with family or friends thanks to its ideal location and simplicity. Cosy three-bedroom apartment with a terrace, located in a well-connected area by the sea. It consists of three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms have two single beds in each and one has a double bed. The apartment also has a bathroom, a fully equipped gas kitchen, a large living room with access to a private terrace. The house has an elevator, air conditioning (in the living room and some bedrooms), free Wifi and free parking on the street or in the port area for a fee. The beach is two minutes away on foot. There are numerous bars and restaurants around. On the beach there are activities for children.This apartment is ideal for families with children.additional rulesFor stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.1\. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their Id and/or selfie from the tourist.
