Scenic Ranch Getaway

A fully furnished Ranch house nestled on 9 acres of land. Private and peaceful country like setting . Enjoy a morning cup of coffee looking out from the porch into a breathtaking view. This is a perfect getaway ranch home for a family or a group of friends to unwind and enjoy each others company.

The Scenic Ranch Getaway has three bedrooms and two full baths. It is fully furnished to satisfy all of your daily living needs. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils to cook simple meals. In the living room you can relax watching Netflix while looking out the patio doors into the scenic view. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a master bathroom attached. One of the bedrooms has one queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds.

The backyard consists of a 4’ above ground swimming pool (please inquire if it is open when booking), firepit and patio.

If you are looking to explore other activities outside of the wonderful Scenic Ranch Getaway there are plenty of attractions.
-The Wilds (19 miles away) is a 10,000 acre adventure park that offers guided safari tours, zip line, horseback tours and fishing safaris.
-Seneca Lake park (17 miles away) offers a beach that is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. They have a beach volleyball court, kids playground, basketball courts, and walking trails. Boat rentals are available at the Marina. Guided Kayaking Programs are offered throughout the season. You can also fish to catch catfish, bullheads, bass, perch and walleye.
-Mosser Glass (26 miles away) offers tours of their factory and has a showroom where you can buy handmade gifts.

Best quiet getaway!!

My husband and I booked this for our family and we had the BEST time! The host had the fridge and freezer stocked with goodies for us, the views from the deck were UNBELIEVABLE, we saw deer at sunrise, the beds were super comfortable, the whole house was decorated so tastefully for the holidays, perfect dining table for playing cards, they even had a dog bed and food/treats for your fur baby! If we could give 10 stars we would and we will definitely be back for each season!

A wonderful hide away spot close to The Wilds!

Our long weekend get away to The Wilds was definitely enhanced by our comfortable stay at this property! The space was wonderful to spread out, the kids had plenty of space to sleep as did the adults. This property is obviously still undergoing some improvements, and it will only get better over time! The gorgeous upgraded bathroom was fabulous, the kitchen was perfect for a weekend and had all the amenities I could have dared ask for. We spent lovely fall mornings curled up, all 5 of us on the sectional with the awesome porch doors thrown open and coming home at night from our adventures we felt safe. So important! The host was willing to bend over backwards to facilitate changes to our reservation, which only served to make our stay even better and more memorable. A weekend we'll spent and money well spent. If we're ever that way again we'll certainly look into this property first!

The Best Country Retreat in Southeastern Ohio

The Home was very clean and accommodating. It's has the best view from the deck you would think you were in Gatlinburg staying in the Smokies. We all over slept out first night there because the beds are so comfortable and it was such a quiet peaceful area. We visited the Wilds Safari which was an amazing tour of you go ask for Dave to be your guide you won't regret it and won't regret staying at this home either.

Nice weekend getaway destination

Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four to six people to spend a few days enjoying some quiet country life.
