Summary:
Our Western Home is located near the freeway and major highway in Caldwell Idaho. It can sleep up to 10 and has a large couch for a few extra if needed. It's equipped with a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, and all kitchen amenities you may need. A BBQ grill, covered patio with a HOT TUB, fenced yard and no back yard neighbors for a peaceful stay! This home has a king bed, queen, 4 twin beds (bunk room) & a queen air mattress. Also we have a crib and pack n' play with families in mind.

This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control.

For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:

No Compensation for Utility Outages:
In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We’ll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.
