“We have stayed here 3 times and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close enough to get to all the things we enjoy, but far enough away to not be caught up in the congestion and noise. If you took a kayak, you are very close to excellent flats to fish on, but I tried to behave and not make the trip all about fishing.... one of these days I will talk her into that though LOL”

“My girlfriend and I were at the Hilton in Destin for a work conference and wanted to extend our time on the gulf. I found this place in Panama City. I enjoyed this so much more than the Hilton. The public beach was a very short walk. We didn't have to wait on elevators or try to set up our beach spot in a designated area. We walked out the door and got a spot on the beach without being cramped up in a small space with a ton of people like it is at condos. The room was very clean and had……

“The property was very clean the bedrooms were great. Not much sitting room. We came down to fish, didn’t go to the beach at all. The area is a little congested (which the owner states in the description) Bar across the street gets a little noisy. Outside patio is very nice. Parking is a little tight. I think it’s would be great for two people, a smidge tight with three, would not want to try six.”
