I love that it is close to Pier Park, restaurants and shopping. The beach was also within a decent distance. Great place to stay for a couple of nights while passing through.

Housekeeping was horrible, I had to call down for towels, and they never came in to fully clean up the room and change our sheets; we were there for a week! The breakfast selection, for a family hotel, I don’t think accommodated all children’s taste. The room are supposed to have a laundry basket when I asked for one they repeatedly said it should be in the closet, as if I overlooked it, really!

The property was in great condition. Check in was a breeze. Rooms very nice and clean. The kitchenette was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and professional. The pool was nice. Sitting out front was very pleasant. Checking out was a wait but we got it done! We will be back and I most definitely recommend.
