"Exactly what we wabted"

"This is a super cute cottage in a wonderful location. The bay is right around the corner and downtown St. Andrews is within walking distance, where you will find restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is a short drive away. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. The cottage had everything we need. The owners do offer additional services at an additional charge such as dog walking and boat tours. Those are great additions and options for guests! We had to leave a night early...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Close Enough” cottage (Jan-Mar 2024). The cottage has the flavor of nostalgic old Florida, with all the modern amenities we’ve come to expect. It’s a short walk to the beach (just a block or so off Front Beach Rd and its traffic), so it’s quiet without a “bring your lunch” type of hike to hit the sand. "Great location with easy access to the beach and very nice pool area. Especially loved the outdoor shower. Host responded to a couple issues we had quickly including getting a new beach cart sent to the house because the one at the house was broken. One note for those with young kids—we didn’t feel comfortable bathing our toddler in the bath tub (didn’t quite meet our cleanliness standards because of the jets it has) so that may also be an issue for you."
