Staff upon check in not very friendly. Small space to get things out of the car upon arrival. Parking is across the street in a garage, tight for SUV's, but safe as you have to use your key to get into parking area. Breakfast was good. Hotel provides 2 chairs and umbrella for the beach which was great. The water is gorgeous. Worth the extra money to get a beach view. Area was just a little trashier than we expected. Lazy river was nice. Good to be able to get food at the hotel grill and stay at the beach all day.

I loved that the beach and pool was accessible right from the elevator. The property was clean and we were able to get extra towels when asking which was awesome. The only con was the parking deck was across the street however I didn’t mind getting some extra steps in. Overall for our first family trip this was a wonderful hotel and I would 10/10 recommend for families.

The area was wonderful. The property was clean. The bad- wait staff is rude, they do not allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the pool but you’re welcome to buy their overpriced garbage! I ordered a Ginger Ale and was given an 8oz “Shasta Ginger Ale, ordered a $15 “wedge” salad- got a gas station salad in a plastic bowl, ordered a grouper sandwich- got a clump of fish on a hard hamburger bun. This is not what I’m accustomed to from Hyatt. Theres no valet, you’re charged $40 resort fee per night. Parking is across the busy street in a garage. You’re only allowed two chairs. If you need more you pay $15/chair to rent them. Disappointed!

We are so glad we called ahead before the day of our check-in. You can park and utilize pre-check-in then use the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready on the first day. They called with our room a little early and the process was very quick. You are also able to stay on property after check-out. We really felt that gave us oir money's worth! Our family had the best time and will be back again.
