Arenal Beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. It is 6 minutes from the center of the old town, a particularly pleasant place on summer evenings to dine on the terraces of local restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop (L1, L2, and L3), which connects you to Arenal and Fossa beaches. It is also a 7-minute walk from the bus station and 13 minutes from the train station.
