With 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people, it is a perfect villa for families who wish to relax and have access to all services within walking distance. Distribution of the accommodation: With 300 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase. On the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and access to the terrace and pool area, a guest toilet and a large double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom with double bed, access to a pleasant terrace and air conditioning, a third bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to the terrace. A complete bathroom with shower, a fourth bedroom with air conditioning, exit to terrace and two single beds and the fifth bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and exit to terrace. Exterior of the accommodation: With 1000m2 of plot, the villa has different outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying outdoor living. Leaving the kitchen and living room, we access a pleasant covered terrace with a table for 10 people. In front of the swimming pool there is a summer kitchen with oven and barbecue, sink and a large work area. In front of the summer kitchen there is another table to enjoy dinners or lunches in the open air and next to the swimming pool. The villa has large areas of artificial grass, sun loungers and outdoor sofas that will allow you to enjoy unforgettable moments with your family. Inside the plot there is space for 3 vehicles in the open air. It is located 400 m from the restaurant, 800 m from the supermarket, 900 m from the town ‘Calpe’, 2 km from the sandy beach ‘playa del Arena- Bol Calpe’, 4 km from the natural park ‘Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach’. Destacaría la atención del personal de la agencia muy diligentes ante cualquier problema. La casa está muy bien para una familia incluso con personas mayores como era nuestro caso. Piscina, AA, Cocina y menaje de todo tipo excelente. Si pudieran quitar los mosquitos sería inmejorable.
