“This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. “Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time……

“This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
