Todo hotel/casa/pousada tem roupa de cama e banho, essa casa não tem e o anúncio não deixa claro isso. Se estão comercializando (e cobrando caro…) deviam fornecer. Casa de péssima acessibilidade, com uma escada impossível de subir com mala grande (isso não é avisado no anúncio). Anfitrião quis cancelar há poucos dias do checkin (possivelmente achou hóspedes que queriam o imóvel por mais tempo…). NAO RECOMENDAMOS.

Pedacinho do céu!

O lugar é compacto, mas todo charmoso e rico em capricho! Muito verde ao redor. Fica cerca de 2km da rua principal de Monte Verde e o caminho não é muito bom (muitos buracos), e se o carro for baixo acaba “pegando”. Amei a estadia, a cidade, o clima e a comunicação com os responsáveis pela casa.

A casa é grande e tem de tudo. Camas confortaveis, aquecedor nos quartos. Otima opçao para ficar em monte verde, ainda mais para quem estiver em grupo. Vale o custo/beneficio. Com certeza voltarei.

A casa é bonita, ampla, bem decorada e aconchegante.

A casa é realmente muito bonita, com a estrutura necessária para a estadia. Localização boa, num lugar tranquilo para descansar. Porém não estava muito limpa quando chegamos, e tivemos um problema com desabastecimento de água por quase 24 horas, sendo que estávamos com uma bebê de 11 meses. Além disso, havia um vazamento no box do banheiro do último piso. No geral, recomendo.

A casa é maravilhosa, igualzinha nas fotos! Estava tudo limpo e organizado, as camas e travesseiros são ótimos. Chuveiro quentinho e água quente pra lavar louça, o que é ótimo em Monte Verde! Área de churrasco muito boa.. Choveram todos os dias e foi uma paz só! Tem muitos pássaros que cantam o dia todo.. O acesso a casa é ótimo, por uma rua em ótimo estado e sem nenhuma subida absurda (raridade em MV). Fica perto de uma pousada o que nos faz sentir mais seguros, pela casa não ser tão isolada. Recomendo!

Imóvel bem localizado em estrada de chão, porém acessível e seguro. Todo estruturado para turista. No decorrer da hospedagem o gás acabou e imediatamente o responsável providenciou a substituição. Aproveitamos a área de churrasqueira, assim como a sala de estar com lareira que foi fundamental para conter o friozinho agradável que fez. Camas confortáveis e a área toda muito limpa . Todo equipamento de cozinha necessário tem na casa. Parabéns aos proprietários. Éramos em 6 e ficamos muito satisfeitos .

Confortável

A casa é linda, aconchegante, porém com a sala pequena. Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da casa a gás. Não tinha água quente e o problema só foi solucionado no sábado de tardezinha e estávamos hospedadas desde sexta a noite. E a casa não fica próxima ao centro ao ponto de ir a pé. De resto tudo ok.

Casa muito confortável, super equipada, muito limpa e cheirosa. Além da expectativa!!!

Desde o primeiro contato com Guacira eu já notei que seria uma agradável estadia, visto a rapidez e preocupação em nos atender. Fomos em 3 casais e a casa nos atendeu muito bem. A retirada e entrega de chaves foi tranquila e pontual. A localização da casa é muito boa e com acesso tranquilo para quem vai com carro baixo. A limpeza da casa estava perfeita com cheirinho muito agradável. Cozinha grande e bem equipada. Sala confortável com uma excelente lareira que nos proporcionou muitas risadas regadas a um bom vinho. Os banheiros ( 3 + 1 lavabo) são muito bem distribuídos e com água do chuveiro quentinha e continuamente quente. Os quartos atenderam bem nossas expectativas, possuem um aquecedor elétrico fixado na parede, não é muito eficiente mas ajuda a amenizar um pouco o frio. Enfim, tivemos uma excelente estadia e com certeza se tornou a primeira opção de estadia em Monte Verde. Deixarei somente uma sugestão, que caso ache conveniente, será facilmente acatada; o último quarto merece uma cortina black out, já que a janela é inteira de vidro e pode atrapalhar um pouco o sono por causa da claridade. Casa deliciosa....

A casa é muito confortável, limpa, tem tudo o que precisa para a estadia. Cobertores e travesseiros suficientes, limpos e cheirosos. As dicas que a D.
