“Honestly, just no. First, they put us in an adjacent building that felt more like an apartment. When we arrived, the room had a half-drunk bottle of water left in it and the toilet seal had been ripped open. They fixed it, which is fine. But then we discovered that all the spa facilities — which were nice, except for the pretty but lukewarm "hot" tub — cost an extra 10 euros per day. Towels were 4 euros. Our room had a kitchen, apparently, but it was locked; you could access it with a deposit……

“Unfortunately the grounds that we overlooked had been ripped up. Perhpas the property could have mentioned this when we booked...Parking was fine, as were the public spaces and the room.”

“AC is off during spring, you can't control it during your stay, they only offer heatting setting, and a blanket, so forgett about it if you like to sleep fresh, you have to sleep with the window open wich triggers more heatting. It is quite uncomfortable and sadly this is very comun in Spain”
