Your modern T3 apartment facing the Mediterranean of 83m2, where everything has been thought out for your comfort: two spacious bedrooms, a large sunny terrace, immediate access to the beach, private parking and top-of-the-range equipment guarantee you an uncompromising stay in Canet-en-Roussillon.
Totally secure, access to the building is protected. The floors are served by a lift or stairs.

• A large bedroom with a 160cm double bed, dressing room, smart TV and access to a private balcony.
• A second comfortable and bright bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and dressing room.

A spacious living room, bathed in natural light, with sofa, smart TV and dining area.

🍴 The kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: Oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... nothing is missing!

• A large, elegant bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower.
• A separate suspended toilet for more comfort.

🚗 Parking.
A private parking space is reserved for you just two blocks from the apartment (about 250 meters). It is located in a secure parking lot, which is particularly valuable in high season when parking is difficult in Canet-en-Roussillon.
👉 Maximum height allowed: 1.85 m – be careful, taller vehicles (such as vans, utility vehicles or cars with roof boxes) will not be able to access it.

🌊 Immediate access to the beach.
All you have to do is cross the pedestrian promenade to lay your towel on the sand and enjoy the Mediterranean sun! Many beach clubs in the area. 9 km of fine sand, clear sea and sublime views of the Pyrenees.

📍 Ideal location.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach, the port and its magnificent aquarium, shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment... Make the most of your car-free stay.
