Had the top floor suite which was comfortable, clean and spacious. The owner/host was very friendly and welcoming and the building itself was renovated to a high standard. Steep steps to the rooms so not accessible for those with limited mobility though but that is much of the buildings in Valbonne village! For the high end accommodation rates though just a few niggles to make it outstanding. No tea/coffee making facilities in room or even shared facility. Might be just as brits but most accommodation have some provision and we even had to ask for glasses for water. No hand soap at the wash basin and only one bin in shower room. Another one in the toilet or main living area would be good. The towels were also small and of poor quality which was a shame but bed linen lovely. Breakfast was included, basic but enough although would have preferred a slight variation each day with fruit, cheese and ham but it was ok. The hotel is small with stairs, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well.
