This is a large, light studio apartment on the first floor with a generous balcony. It is well situated directly behind the Hotel Martinez, a block from the famous Croisette and beaches of Cannes. The apartment is only two minutes walk to Cannes' main shopping street, the Rue D' Antibes, and about 15 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals.

This comfortable flat has 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with a shower and fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine.

The terrace is perfect for al fresco breakfasts or for enjoying the sunshine.

This lovely simple studio is ideal for two singles or a couple who want to be close to everything Cannes has to offer, but also require the peace and quiet of a calm secure building.
