Villa Fun in the Sun is a cozy vacation rental home located in the premier SW Cape Coral area. You are very centrally located about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.
If you choose to take the water route WHY NOT, the home offers its own private boat dock featuring an approximately 30 min drive to have Gulf access. The lush garden surrounding the property offers a great vacation feel.
Here, guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental feature 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds ) and 2 full bathrooms.
Villa Fun in the Sun can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi, Netflix, extra blankets, and pillows, and all of the essentials you need for your stay.
