"This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times.
2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!!
